These Terms apply to HayaTech services, proposals and use of this website. Please read carefully before engaging with services.

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the HayaTech website and the provision of any services. By contacting, engaging or using our services you agree to the terms set forth below and in any written proposal.

Scope of these Terms

These Terms cover intake, proposal formation, delivery, payment and post-delivery support unless superseded by a written agreement.

Services

HayaTech provides automation consulting, n8n workflows, integrations, custom scripts and maintenance services. Project scope, deliverables and timelines will be defined in a written proposal or confirmation email.

Custom Work & Changes

Any out-of-scope requests after agreement may require additional fees and timelines. We will notify the client and seek written confirmation for changes.

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in each proposal. Typically, milestones or upfront deposits are required before work commences. For one-time deliverables refunds are subject to work stage and deliverables already provided.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in paused work until payments are current. Recurring maintenance may be cancelled if payments are not received.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HayaTech retains ownership of templates, internal tools and reusable components. Clients receive a license to use delivered workflow exports, configuration files and documentation for their internal business purposes.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, project-specific deliverables (e.g., workflow JSON, documentation) are licensed to the client according to the proposal.

Limitation of Liability

HayaTech is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service under dispute.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HayaTech operates. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable law unless otherwise agreed.
